Cookie Policy

This policy explains how cookies and similar browser technologies are used on the website at www.mooncrm.com.tr. Its purpose is to show plainly what the site stores in your browser and how you can control it.

Updated:

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the marketing website only. Cookies used inside the MoonCRM application at https://app.mooncrm.com.tr for session management and security are addressed separately under the subscription agreement and the application’s own terms.

3. What this site actually uses

This is a statically published marketing site. It does not use cookies to profile visitor behaviour or to serve advertising.

Use is limited to the technical records the site needs in order to work, plus a small amount of browser storage for interface preferences. Those preferences stay on your device and are not sent to us.

No visitor-specific identifier is created, and no script is loaded to measure how many people viewed which page. Server access logs are not cookies; they are covered by our Privacy Policy instead.

  • Remembering interface choices such as your language preference (Turkish or English)
  • Session and security records needed to submit forms safely
  • Technical records the hosting provider may create for security and load balancing

5. How long records are kept

How long a record lives depends on its type. The periods below are maximums, and you can always clear them earlier from your browser settings.

  • Session records: deleted when you close the browser window
  • Security tokens created while a form is submitted: only until that submission completes
  • Language and interface preferences: kept in browser storage until you clear them
  • Security and load-balancing records created by the hosting provider: for the short technical retention period that provider sets

7. Managing cookies in your browser

Cookies are managed from your browser settings. Every option below is offered at browser level and applies across all sites you visit.

  • Delete existing cookies and site data
  • Block new cookies entirely, or on a per-site basis
  • Apply separate restrictions to third-party cookies
  • Clear site data automatically when the browser closes
  • Browse in a private or incognito window so nothing persists

8. What happens if you block them

Blocking strictly necessary records may prevent some functions, such as form submission, from working as expected.

Clearing preference storage resets settings such as your language choice, which then has to be selected again on each visit. Nothing else about your access to the content changes.

A do-not-track preference set in your browser does not change how this site behaves. Since no tracking cookie is used in the first place, there is nothing further to restrict.

9. Updates and contact

This policy is updated whenever the technologies used on the site change. In particular, if analytics or a similar tool is introduced, this page will be revised and the date at the top updated.

For questions about cookies, write to [email protected] or call +90 535 455 32 10. For details on how personal data is handled, see our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice.
