Patient & Lead Management

Every lead lives on one record — status, category, consultant, services, tags, call notes and reminders in one place.

A medical tourism lead travels for weeks between the first message and the operation, talking to more than one consultant, hesitating and coming back. Once that information scatters across spreadsheets and personal notes, nobody knows what was said. MoonCRM keeps each lead as one record: contact details, country, category, status, assigned consultant, the services they are interested in and their tags all sit together. Call notes and reminders are part of the same record.

What you can do

  • Name, email, phone, country and free-text note fields
  • Category, status, tags and multi-select services
  • Consultant assignment and organization-level separation
  • Duplicate counter and checked flag
  • Bulk status, category and consultant changes
  • Bulk messaging and bulk deletion
  • Call history with date, time and notes
  • Dated reminders set from the patient record

Highlights

One record, full history

Category, status, consultant, services and tags live on the same card, so understanding where a patient stands never means opening another file.

Duplicate detection

When the same lead enters the system more than once, the record counts and flags it and marks what has been checked — nobody calls the same person twice.

Bulk actions

Change category, status or assigned consultant for a whole filtered list at once, message the selection in bulk, or delete it in bulk.

Call logging

Each call is written to the record with its date, time and notes; when it was placed by the AI assistant, the recording link sits on the same line.

Getting started

Setup takes three steps

An implementation specialist works with you at every step. No technical team required.

  1. 1

    Set up your definitions

Define your categories, statuses and the services you offer once, so the team works from one shared vocabulary.

  2. 2

    Map your consultants

Assign leads to consultants: each one works their own portfolio while managers see everything.

  3. 3

    Save your filters

Store the filter sets you use daily as segments so your working list is ready every morning.

Frequently asked questions

Our team knows medical tourism operations inside out. Let’s review your process together in a 15-minute call.

All questions

What happens when the same patient is entered twice?

The record’s duplicate counter increases and its checked flag is set, so you can list the leads that came in twice and clean them up in one pass.

Do I have to update hundreds of records one by one?

No. Filter the list, then change status, category or consultant for the selection in bulk — or send the whole selection a message at once.

Can consultants see each other’s patients?

That depends on their role. Permissions are role-based, and you can additionally control which statuses each role is allowed to see.
