About us

We learned medical tourism in the field before we wrote the software

MoonCRM is Moon Workshop’s product for medical tourism clinics and facilitators. It is not a general CRM adapted to the sector — it was written by looking directly at how this business actually runs.

How it started

Moon Workshop spent years building websites, advertising infrastructure and bespoke software for companies working in health tourism. On nearly every project the same question came back to us: “Where are we going to track all these leads?”

The answer was usually one of three things. A shared spreadsheet, WhatsApp threads sitting on consultants’ personal phones, or a general-purpose CRM from abroad. The first two could not survive growth. The third knew nothing about hotels, transfers, companions, room types, flight codes or dental charts, so it demanded months of expensive customisation before it did anything useful.

At some point we noticed we were writing the same customisations again for a different client. What the sector needed was not an adaptation but a product designed for this work from the beginning. That is where MoonCRM came from.

We set one rule while building it: no module ships without a real request behind it. The operations calendar appeared after we watched a team write the day’s airport pickups on paper. Multi-session WhatsApp was designed while four consultants tried to answer from one number. The field-level change log began with a manager who could not answer “who edited this record last?”

Today MoonCRM covers the whole medical tourism operation on one platform: lead management, service assignment and appointments, WhatsApp conversations, hotel, transfer and flight planning, post-treatment follow-up and channel-level reporting. Newer capabilities such as the AI voice assistant are added the same way — when a real need shows up in the field.

We also run our own sales process on MoonCRM. It is the fastest way to find out whether a feature genuinely works or only looks good in a demo.

How we work

Four principles we return to when making product decisions. They are not a slogan list — they are how we decide which features to build and which to refuse.

1

Understand the work before writing code

Before starting a module we sit with the people who do that job and follow the process step by step. Nobody who does not know why a dental chart is kept tooth by tooth can design a patient record for a dental clinic.

2

The data belongs to the business

Patient data should live in the company’s system, not on an employee’s phone. That is why role-based permissions, status visibility by role and a field-level change log are core design decisions rather than optional extras.

3

Complexity is the product’s job

Multiple visits, dental charts, flight and pickup planning and multi-channel messaging are genuinely complicated. We solve that inside the product instead of pushing it onto the user: simple screens, detailed logic underneath.

4

Support is not a post-sales department

Setup, data migration and training are run by the team that builds the product. How many steps a field problem takes to reach us decides how quickly the product improves.

The team

Engineers, people who know the sector on the product side, and the support team that runs your setup all work under one roof.

Moon Workshop is a software company operating from three offices: Antalya Muratpaşa, Antalya Döşemealtı (AOSB) and İzmir Konak. The MoonCRM team splits into product development, onboarding and support, but shares the same table. An issue raised by a customer reaches the engineers directly — there is no intermediate layer that exists only to issue ticket numbers. During onboarding we migrate your existing spreadsheets, define your pipeline stages and train your team ourselves, rather than pointing you at a documentation page and wishing you luck.
