Appointments & Calendar
Appointment dates and times from visit records roll up into calendar and list views you can filter by doctor.
When appointments are scattered inside individual patient records, answering “who is arriving today?” costs effort every single morning. MoonCRM does not ask you to re-enter the appointment somewhere else: the date and time you put on the visit record appear directly on the calendar. From the same screen you can filter by doctor and look at one clinician’s day on its own.
What you can do
- Calendar derived from appointment date and time on the visit record
- Month-by-month appointment listing
- Filtering by doctor
- Jump straight from an appointment to the patient record
- Separate appointments for each visit of the same patient
- Hotel, transfer and flight details attached to the appointment
Highlights
No double entry
The appointment is part of the visit record, so the date and time you enter on the patient card show up on the calendar by themselves.
Filter by doctor
Narrow appointments to a single clinician and review their day or week in isolation.
Full visit context
An appointment on the calendar belongs to the same visit record as the hotel, transfer and flight details, so context is one click away.
Monthly list
Appointments are listed by month and ordered by date, so the team plans the day without sorting anything by hand.
Getting started
Setup takes three steps
An implementation specialist works with you at every step. No technical team required.
- 1
Register your doctors
Add the clinicians you work with so appointments become filterable by doctor.
- 2
Put the appointment on the visit
Enter the appointment date and time on the visit record inside the patient card.
- 3
Read the day from the calendar
Have the operations team start the day in the calendar view so who arrives and who sees which doctor is never in doubt.
Frequently asked questions
Our team knows medical tourism operations inside out. Let’s review your process together in a 15-minute call.
All questions Do I have to enter the appointment twice?
No. The calendar is derived from the appointment date and time on the visit record, so what you enter on the patient card appears directly.
Can I see one doctor’s day on its own?
Yes. Appointments can be filtered by doctor, letting you review a single clinician’s schedule in its own view.
Can one patient have two appointments?
Yes. Travel information is stored visit by visit, so each visit carries its own appointment and all of them appear separately on the calendar.
