Management

Files & Audit Logs

Passports, lab results and X-rays live on the patient record, and every field change is logged with its old and new value.

The number of documents attached to one medical tourism patient grows fast: passport, lab results, X-rays, before-and-after photos. Left in inboxes and phone galleries, none of them are findable at the moment they are needed. The same is true of data changes: when someone asks who moved an appointment date or changed a status, there is usually no answer. MoonCRM records both.

What you can do

  • Titled file uploads on the patient record
  • Storage for passports, lab results, X-rays and photos
  • The changed field name recorded
  • Old value and new value kept side by side
  • The user who made the change recorded
  • Action type and timestamp
  • Complete change history per patient

Highlights

Field-level change log

The trail is kept per field rather than per record: which field changed, what the old value was and what the new value became.

Who and when

Every change is stored with the user who made it, the action type and a timestamp, so a disputed edit is settled by the record.

Documents on the record

Upload passports, lab results, X-rays and photos with a title onto the patient’s own card, so looking for a document never starts in an inbox.

Auditability

When you work with sensitive patient data, being able to show who changed what is a discipline you cannot reconstruct after the fact.

Getting started

Setup takes three steps

An implementation specialist works with you at every step. No technical team required.

  1. 1

    Set a naming habit

Upload files with clear titles so the whole team looks for the same document under the same name.

  2. 2

Get used to reading the log

When a record changes unexpectedly, check the change log before asking anyone.

  3. 3

    Pair it with permissions

Use the change log alongside role-based permissions so both halves of “who may change what” are clear.

Frequently asked questions

Our team knows medical tourism operations inside out. Let’s review your process together in a 15-minute call.

All questions

What does the change log record?

For each entry it stores the name of the changed field, its old value, its new value, the user who made the change, the action type and the timestamp.

Which files can I upload?

You can upload documents such as passports, lab results, X-rays and photos with a title, and keep them all on the same patient record.

Can I undo a past change?

The log shows what changed with both the old and the new value, so you can read the old value and write the field back manually.
